Mezzanine Racking

Mezzanine racking adopts a multi-tier design, where pedestrian walkways are added at an appropriate height along the entire vertical length of the racking to form a multi-level mezzanine. The racking is equipped with facilities such as stairs and cargo elevators to facilitate the storage and retrieval of goods. This type of racking is suitable for warehouses with relatively high ceilings, a large variety of goods but small quantities of each. When the total storage volume is large, it can make full use of space and save warehouse floor area.

Mezzanine racking can also use load-bearing racks as floor supports, with steel floor slabs laid on top of the racking. This forms a layout where the lower part is the racking and the upper part is a platform, enabling separate storage of bulk and small-piece goods. Additionally, racking can be further arranged on the platform.
