Cantilever Racking

It is a warehousing system suitable for accumulation purposes. Each shelf level can accommodate a storage depth of up to four pallets. All pallets are placed on the same shelf level; except for the last pallet, the rest are placed on top of push carts to facilitate movement, with the carts pushed along the running rails. It is a warehousing system suitable for products with medium turnover rates and can store pallets of more than two different sub-category products (a last-in, first-out storage system).

Push-back racking is composed of column panels, beams, rails, pallet carts, etc. Special rails are fixed on the load-bearing beams at a set angle, and the pallet carts run on these rails. Pallets are arranged in a nested manner: newly stored goods push the previously stored goods toward the depth direction one after another. When picking goods, the outermost pallet is taken first, and the nearest adjacent pallet automatically slides down one position under the action of gravity.
