Narrow Aisle Racking

Narrow Aisle (VNA) Racking is an extended application of beam racking. It is named "narrow aisle racking" because the forklift handling aisle of its racking system is relatively narrow compared with other racking types. The main body of the racking system is beam racking, and the difference lies in that the limit guide rails for "three-way stacking forklifts" are installed on the ground at the bottom of the racking. The guide rails are made of national standard unequal-angle steel. The material handling forklift is limited to the dedicated "three-way stacking forklift". The three-way stacking forklift slides along the established guide rails, and the width of the forklift aisle is slightly larger than that of the palletized goods, which enables high-density storage needs. At the same time, it integrates all the advantages of the beam racking system: all materials stored in the racking system have 100% selectivity, and the forklift can access any palletized goods at any time. With fast storage efficiency and very high storage density, for storage and logistics centers suitable for adopting the narrow aisle racking system, it brings significant production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
