Drive-In Racking

Drive-in racking, also known as drive-through racking or corridor racking, is composed of column panel groups, corbels, corbel beams, top beams, top braces, back braces, etc. It adopts a fully plug-in assembled structure. The corbels are one-time stamping cross-shaped, featuring extremely high strength and an attractive appearance; the corbel beams are of sloped rib type. This racking is densely arranged with extremely high space utilization, and is suitable for storing goods of few varieties and large batches of the same type. Goods can be stored and retrieved from the same side (LIFO - Last In, First Out) or stored from one side and retrieved from the other side (FIFO - First In, First Out). This type of racking is suitable for storage modes with relatively few varieties and full-in/full-out operations. Since only main aisles are arranged and forklifts can drive into the storage area, the warehouse utilization rate is extremely high. It is widely used in low-temperature cold chain logistics, beverages, food, dairy products and other fields. The plane layout is divided into one-way layout and two-way layout; generally, it is advisable that the one-way layout does not exceed 10 deep positions. Fork direction guide rails can be installed in narrower aisles. The load-bearing capacity of each cargo position of drive-in racking should not exceed 1500KG.
