Steel Structure Platform

A steel structure platform refers to a type of racking system that uses square tubes, round tubes, or H-beams as columns, and H-beams, special-purpose C-beams, or clasp beams as the main and auxiliary load-bearing beams of the floor bearing layer. These components are connected in accordance with the connection methods required by steel structure design specifications. Special steel mezzanine panels are used as the floor layer, and high-strength bolts and special fasteners are adopted to connect various components and the floor panels.

The floor panels can be selected as perforated floor panels or steel grid floor panels according to customer needs to meet the requirements of enhanced lighting or fire sprinkler systems. This type of racking features an elegant and neat appearance, large load-bearing capacity, safety and sturdiness, flexible design, ease of use, and convenient installation. It is widely used in workshops or warehouse areas, effectively increasing the storage capacity of the warehouse. It is suitable for storing stackable goods; pallet trucks and other equipment can operate on the top layer of the platform. The designed load-bearing capacity is generally below 1000kg/m². It can be adapted to hydraulic lifting platforms, freight elevators, or forklifts for storing and retrieving goods. For warehouses with relatively high ceilings, it can be designed as a steel structure platform with two or more layers.
