Flow Racking

Flow Racking, also known as Roller Racking or Slide Racking, is a type of racking system where flow rails are fixed and laid on the rack at a certain angle. Goods stored in logistics boxes slide downward under the action of gravity, thereby realizing the one-way flow and transportation of goods. Equipped with electronic labels, it can realize the information-based management of goods.

Flow Racking is composed of rack columns, front and rear stop beams, support beams, limit beams, flow rails (aluminum alloy type or sheet metal type), flow rail fixings, deceleration plates, etc. The height of the rack layers and the slope can be adjusted. Due to its first-in, first-out (FIFO) feature, it is mainly suitable for distribution centers (DCs) with picking requirements and the transfer of goods between workstations in factory workshops.
